Still who you know.

Your real network.

The professional network for people who actually build things. Warm introductions. Real conversations. No performance.

The problem

Professional networking
is broken.

Every platform rewards broadcasting over connecting. People post to be seen, not to say something true. Profiles become CVs. Connections become numbers. What starts as a network turns into an audience.

ROSTA is built the other way. Real people. Present tense. Warm introductions only. No performance required.

How it's different

Built around
real relationships.

No feed. Ever.

There's no public scroll. No algorithmic ranking. No content to perform for. Just what's actually happening with the people you know.

Warm introductions only.

Nobody can cold-connect. Every new relationship comes through a mutual, with context. The way real professional relationships have always worked.

Present tense.

Your profile isn't a CV. It's what you're building right now, who you want to meet, and what you need. It changes when you do.

Invite only.

You join through a member. Which means everyone here was vouched for. It's how you keep a network real.

What's inside

A platform built
for real work.

The feed

Your network, without the performance.

See what your connections are working on, what they need, and where you can help. All from people you actually know. Share an Ask or an Offer and it reaches the right people — not everyone.

Your signals

Present tense identity.

Say what you're building, who you want to meet, and what you need. Update it whenever you do. Your signals tell your network what actually matters to you right now — not where you worked five years ago.

Introductions

Introductions, not connections.

Every new relationship starts with context. Nobody arrives cold. You request an intro through a mutual — they decide whether to make it. When they do, both sides know exactly why they're in the room.

Every member here

Was vouched for
by someone else.

No cold sign-ups. No open registration. Every profile on ROSTA belongs to someone a current member chose to bring in. That's the whole point — a network stays real when the people in it actually chose each other.

How to get in

It's invite only.

You join through someone already on ROSTA. They send you a code. You use it to build your profile.

If you don't know a member yet, you can ask to be introduced. We review requests carefully — this only works if the network stays real.
